I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate the Whitsunday regional council as average. The services provided by the council could be improved, especially in terms of maintaining public spaces. There have been instances where the parks and recreational areas have been neglected, with litter and broken facilities not being promptly addressed. However, I do appreciate the efforts put into waste management and the overall cleanliness of the city. There is still room for improvement, but I believe the council is heading in the right direction.
