I have mixed feelings about my experience with East Coast Metal Structures. On one hand, their products are of great quality and their website is user-friendly. However, I did encounter some issues with the delivery of my order. The customer service representative was not very helpful in resolving the problem, which was frustrating. Overall, I would rate them as average.
