Additionally, the customer service response time was a bit slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer to my query. The quality of the components was average, and I expected a bit more in terms of performance. Overall, my experience was okay, but there is room for improvement in terms of product information, customer service, and product quality.
