I've been a customer of Ld telecoms for several years now and I have to say that their service is average. While they have a good variety of plans to choose from, the customer service can be quite slow and unhelpful at times. I've had multiple instances where I had to wait on hold for extended periods of time just to get a simple question answered. Overall, I would rate Ld telecoms as an average company.
