I recently had the opportunity to work with a graphic design company and, unfortunately, my experience was quite average. As a customer, I was looking for a unique and creative approach to my design needs. However, I found that the company's work lacked the originality and innovative ideas I was hoping for. The website was easy to navigate, but I would have appreciated more portfolio examples to view. The communication with the team was decent, but there were some instances where responses were delayed. The design process itself was somewhat smooth, although I felt that my suggestions weren't fully taken into account. While the final product was satisfactory, it didn't meet my expectations of a standout design. Overall, I would rate my experience with the company as average.
