The experience I had while working with this company was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed about their services and properties. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful or detailed. The process of renting a property through them was somewhat tedious, with a lot of paperwork that could have been streamlined. Additionally, the communication regarding the status of my application was not frequent or clear. On the positive side, the properties they offer are of good quality and well-maintained.
