💭 The website layout is visually appealing and very user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. However, I found the product selection to be limited, which was a tad disappointing. The quality of the items I purchased was decent, but not outstanding. The customer service was prompt in addressing my queries, but lacked a personal touch. The shipping process was smooth and my order arrived on time. One area the company could improve on is their pricing, as some items seemed a bit overpriced for what they were. Overall, my experience with Secret Society Design was average. 😐
