As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to work with an interior design firm that left me with mixed feelings. I found their website to be visually appealing and easy to navigate, which initially drew me in. However, I must say that my overall experience with them was just average. While their ideas were creative and innovative, I found their execution to be somewhat lacking. The communication with the company was decent, but I felt that there were some lapses in their responsiveness and attention to detail. Additionally, I was not entirely satisfied with the final outcome of the project. While there were certainly some positive aspects, I expected a bit more for the price I paid. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average.
